Abstract:
Nanotechnology is the study of extremely small structures, having size of 0.1 to 100 nm. In 1959, the lecture of the American physicist Richard Feynman, “There’s Plenty of Room at the Bottom†, inspired the conceptual foundations of nanotechnology many years later.
