Abstract:
Despite the modern scientific advancement, deeper understanding of disease mechanism and the use of sophisticated instruments, the mortality rates due to complex multi-factorial diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disorder are still eminent. With the ever increasing aging population is it high time to focus on healthcare issues. The demands for more sophisticated medical equipments, therapies and surgical procedures are mounting in order to provide good service to the community.
