Abstract:
sIn recent time, great progress in understanding and regulating the immune system have led to new hope specifically destroying cancer cells without affecting normal tissues. Following review describes fundamental immunologic advances and the latest vaccine strategies arising from these advances, as well as the early clinical trials studying new approaches to treat or prevent cancer.
