Abstract: Various mathematical models such as Gompertzian, logistic, exponential and other immunogenic models were integrated for calculation of various cancer parameters. Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models likened to other models especially, absorption and elimination are considered similar to proliferation and elimination phase of cancerous cells respectively.
