Abstract:
In this case report we are presenting a 50 years old lady with a history of nephroblastoma resection at the age of 4 and then presented with a vague abdominal discomfort that was diagnosed as a malignant peritoneal mesothelioma, treated by peritonectomy, cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC and post-operative chemotherapy.
