Abstract:
Concurrent chemo radiation is currently considered to be the standard of care in the treatment of head and neck cancer. In developing countries like ours, a good number of patients cannot tolerate chemo radiation because of the poor general condition and financial constraints. Those patients are treated with radiation alone.
