Abstract:
Complete Response in metastatic colon cancer after chemotherapy alone is uncommon, even patients with radiological CR after chemotherapy harbor persistent macroscopic or microscopic residual disease in more than 80% of the cases 5 years survival in Stage VI colon cancer is less than 10 %. We are going to present a case with mCRC that achieved CR and finished 5 years of follow up.
