Abstract: The 2016 revision of the WHO classification for lymphoma has included a new category of lymphoma, termed high-grade B-cell lymphoma with translocations involving MYC and BCL-2 or BCL-6. These lymphomas have been referred to as DHL when MYC translocation is present with either the BCL-2 or BCL-6 translocation or THL if all 3 rearrangements are present.
