Abstract: In view of the new fractal conception of brain activity introduces the theoretical basis of a unique research method - dispersion of amplitude-frequency characteristics of the alpha rhythm, which is a marker of entropy neuron-glial networks of the brain underlying pathogenesis of mental diseases.
