Abstract: In article attempt of systematization of the neurophysiological changes observed in progressive schizophrenia with new techniques - dispersion of amplitude-frequency characteristics of the alpha rhythm - with the aim of identifying common patterns of development of psychopathology, creating a natural-scientific systematization of mental illness on the basis of dimensioning neurophysiological methods.
