Abstract: The aim of this paper is to highlight the contributions of work and organizational psychology to the study of the quality of life of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To this end, some examples of research projects are described. These research efforts connect organizational processes to aspects of quality of life such as social inclusion and self-determination.
