Abstract:
Spontaneous expulsion of a fleshy mass per vaginum in a peri-menopausal woman is an uncommon event. Differential diagnosis includes abortion, molar pregnancy, fibro epithelial polyp or uterine malignancy. Another exteremely rare diagnosis is “decidual cast†.
