Abstract: There are many forms of ichthyosis, and in 2009 in the framework of the 1st Consensus Conference on the Ichthyosis (Sorez city, France), approved the unified classification and terminology of ichthyosis. The group of autosomal recessive congenital ichthyosis includes lamellar ichthyosis [1,2]. 8 known genes coding for these violations: ABCA-12, ALOX12B, ALOXE3, CERS3, CYP4F22, NIPAL4, PNPLA1, TGM1.
