Abstract: 43-year-old patient, with a family history of Von Recklinghausen’s disease in siblings, referred in our training to supplement the management of her type 1 neurofibromatosis, with discovery on dermatological examination of a tumor appended to the level right buttock reaching to the foot measuring 50 cm in length (Figure 1).
