Abstract: The usefulness of Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) in accessing axonal loss and visual pathway involvement in the pathological process of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is increasingly accepted the last ten years. The present meta-analysis aimed to explore the current evidence regarding potential associations between OCT parameters and pathological process of MS.
