Abstract:
At this point in time (2015) there are only limited numbers of treatment options available for spinal cord injury (SCI) paralysis and they (e.g. stem cells; implanted stimulation devices) are all in clinical trials. The treatment procedure presented here is founded on over 40 years of neurophysiological studies in locomotor development and computational cognitive systems.
