Abstract: It is a prospective study of 30 cases of Cervical Spinal Trauma in which anterior cervical spinal stabilization and fusion was performed. Study span is three years, i.e from July 2005 to June 2008 with follow up period of one year and it was carried out in the Department of Neurosurgery, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College /Bahawal Victoria Hospital Bahawalpur.
