Abstract:
Pott’s Puffy tumor is an uncommon clinical entity that typically presents in adolescents as a complication of acute sinusitis. MR and CT imaging is used to diagnose condition and detect severity/progression into intracranial complications such as abscess formation, thrombosis and meningitis. Surgical intervention is typically essential followed by broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy.
