Abstract: The Pyrimidine derivativies in the chemistry of biological systems has attracted much attention due to availability in the substructures of therapeutic natural products. As a result of their prominent and remarkable pharmacological activity, pyrimidine derivatives has been found the most prominent structures in nucleic acid. The present review gives brief information about biological activity of annulated pyrimidine derivatives.
