Postraumatic Pseudoaneurysm of the Superficial Palmar Arch

Abstract: We present a successfully treated case of a pseudoaneurysm of the superficial palmar arch after a penetrating wound. Aneurysm and pseudoaneurysm are very infrequent pathologies in the hand. The preferred treatment consists of surgical excision and vascular reconstruction.
