Abstract: By 1930s, the family of coronaviruses was initially detected whilst produced severe respiratory infection of hens. By 1940s, another two variants (animal) were isolated; the spreadable gastroenteritis virus (SGEV) and mice hepatitis virus (MHV) [1]. By 1960s,the human strains were revealed [2]. The first was isolated from influenza patients [3].
