Abstract: Arthroscopic management of labral pathology has evolved in recent years with advancement in surgical techniques, aided by new instrumentation and implants designed to simplify the repair [1-5]. Results of arthroscopic stabilisations have been recently reported as equal or superior to open stabilisations with high rates of success, patient satisfaction and early return to activity [6-9]. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the early clinical results of labral stabilisation with capsular matress reinforcement using suture anchors that has not been previously described.
