Abstract: A prospective study was done to evaluate the treatment of neuromas in the foot with a combined technique of neurolysis or decompression of the common digital nerve, dorsal nerve transposition and nerve wrap in the foot. Patient success was based on extent of pain after surgery, ability to wear regular shoes, and ability to return to work.
