Abstract:
The optimal operative treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocations is yet to be established. We present our experience of open reduction and cerclage using a Polydioxansulfate (PDS) cordelette. We aimed to assess the outcomes of surgery in the patients treated with the PDS cerclage technique.
