Abstract: Today, with the trend of economic and cultural globalization, the focus on administration is an urgent and important job, to build a modern, dynamic and effective public administration. Reducing troubles, an administration taking objects to serve as the main principle and purpose, from which to build, develop and perfect the administration. Office plays an important role in organization and organization. Good office performance will be a tool for development, facilitating the benefits of agency activities. In contrast, poor office performance will lead to many difficulties and fail to achieve the desired effect.
