Abstract:
The effective use of technology is a key determinant of the successful management of human resource in organizations. It has changed the way human resource functions from short listing to recruitment, performance management. The tendency toward increasing substitution of technology for administration is apparent. There is a broad agreement that technology has enabled human resource management to distribute with usual and transactional administrative tasks. In turn, human resource managers gradually more contribute to business strategy and execution. This paper will investigate the implications of this new essential on human resource management.
