Abstract:
Metabolic diseases such as hypertension, excess weight, obesity, endothelial dysfunction, type-diabetes and vascular diseases have reached epidemic proportions worldwide. Several clinical trials have demonstrated that robust management of modifiable risks factors will reduce premature mortality.
