Abstract:
Ischemic heart disease IHD is a major cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. It caused 1 of every 6 deaths in the United States in 2008. Patients with serious IHD are usually presented with large areas of myocardial infarction affecting the cardiac functions and may even cause ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure.
