Abstract: In his article "Processus d'ajustement et croissance", published in Les Annales de l'INSEE, No. 49, d'Autume proposed a particular relation in the dynamic adjustment process. This relation in terms of growth rate made it possible to avoid including the economic growth rate in macroeconomic model equations. The purpose of this article is to show that this solution can be generalized in the form of an error correction mechanism of the second order.
