Abstract: This paper discusses about the impact of the global crisis for the SME and entrepreneurship behavior. The first part represents an incursion of the current financial and economic crisis, the causes of the crises and the impact of the crisis. For this paper we've analyzed the entrepreneurial behavior into the crisis period in two European countries, Romania and Finland, following the economical context from the two countries. At the end, the study develops a critical approach on the entrepreneurial behavior from the two countries. The economic crisis offers policy makers an opportunity to address structural weaknesses and accelerate change, laying the foundation for stronger, more durable growth.
