Abstract: It’s known the fact that Romanian integration in the European Union is based on the capacity of our country to adopt and to harmonize the specific legislation of different fields, among which can be mentioned the education. Romania has accomplished some progress in this case, but it still knows serious problems. It’s true that even in the European Union, education is a sector which is in a full process of reorganization, especially after the meeting of officials with responsibility in this field at Berlin and Bologna. Therefore, 2007 should find the Romanian education structured, organized and managed accordingly to general foresights applicable to all countries from the European Union.
