Abstract:
Romanian enterprises can use an easy handled and legal instrument with the purpose to influence public power in law’s elaboration and application. As a strategy, lobby must be, first of all, an ethical activity. In the present international environment, lobby becomes a useful weapon for Romanian enterprises if they want to survive in the strong battle of international competitivity.
