Abstract:
The article gives a review of the main trends of globalization development in the modern world in close interdependence with region-nalization processes. The author analyses the social and human problems of the development of Ukrainian regions in the context of their role in retaining the state national identity in the globalized world. Scientific and methodological recommendations as for the formation of a new strategy of the social and economic development of Ukraine and its regions in the context of globalization processes have been given as well.
