Human capital from the perspective of green economy

Abstract: One way that can appear new types of industries is given by the transformation our economies today in green economies. This way of transforming an economy may lead to economic growth, but also to diversify the economy. The new types of industries and economic diversification lead to the creation of new jobs. Concerning the transition to the green economy, a major importance is given to the situation of the waste, and also to the wastewater treatment process. The article describes a comparative analysis of information collected. When talking about economic activities, we will consider the aspects relating to production and consumption. All of these economic activities are the responsibility of the people. Considering the human capital, the article presents an analysis of the employment rate of older workers. Also, it makes an analysis of educational level of the population based of the educational institution graduated.
