Abstract:
Tourism is a powerful vehicle which can be used to turnaround the economic fortunes of any nation, creating a lot more jobs and boosting economic growth. In 2017, alone according to the World Travel and Tourism Council, tourism contributed a significant $ 43.7 billion in Sub-Saharan Africa, which constituted 2.7% of its GDP.
