Abstract:
The role of financial access in adding value to economic sectors in sub-Saharan Africa is premised on two foundational elements in the scholarly and policy literature, notably: (i) the importance of access to finance in economic development and (ii) gaps in the corresponding contemporary literature on value added across economic sectors (Asongu & Odhiambo, 2022).
