Abstract:
This paper presents the evaluation of tourists users of urban transportation in Goiânia city and seeks to identify which are the main challenges faced during their route. For this purpose, questionnaires were applied and analysis was used to transform the variables into smaller factors that explain the main dimensions that summarize the set of observed variables facilitating the evaluation of perspective indicators from the tourist’s perspective. In order to be touristy attractive, a city needs to have quality services and infrastructure, and quality urban transport increases the tourist demand of a given locality. Based on the data obtained, it was possible to identify the gaps between customer expectations and their perception after experiencing the service provided. From this, it is possible to select the critical items of the evaluations, which if improved, may contribute to the increase of service quality.
