Abstract:
The role and importance of fundamental analysis in the prediction of the course development companies can not be denied. However, among the specialists in the field, dilemma persists on its share in relation to technical analysis. In the context of the financial crisis resulted in a pronounced decrease in the stock indices worldwide, identification of reliable tools for assessing the economic and the financial situation of a company, as support to maximize its value becomes an urgent necessity. This article presents the results of discriminatory analysis on a number of 12 issuers of a 1st class shares on Bucharest Stock Exchange.
