Abstract:
The foreign commercial liberalization is a characteristic of the evolution of the global economy and of the national economies during the last half-century and it also is one of the factors of the economic growth and of the accentuation of the national interdependencies, thus contributing to the strengthening of the new phase of economic globalization.
