Abstract:
Providing financing to companies is a challenge for the financial system, which needs to demonstrate its usefulness by allowing these companies to gain access to available financial resources. This paper aims to analyze the process of financing through corporate bonds issue on the Romanian capital market in terms of their content, value and investor payoff on the one hand, but also to identify the Romanian capital market's capacity to provide financial resources during the financial crisis that affected the Romanian economy since the second half of 2008.
