Abstract:
The main aim of this paper is to highlight the relationship between education and the labour force, now, when education is essential for any economy in order to increase and create value. This relation is reflected in an increasing supply of well-educated workers to promote economic development. Present education choices significantly affect labour market performance in the future, an assessment of the educational level of labour force being necessary in terms of changes in occupational structure and labour demand and supply.
