Abstract: Few time before Romania’s adheration to EU, the problem of the quality of life is more and more challenged by commandments related to communitarian laws and rules. The paradigms imposed by globalization and – referring to a regional problem – integration into EU have to be known and proper understand also by common people in Romania. In this innovation and continuous changing areal, Romanians can have a pillar by assimilating the rules of organizational management and the benefits of Know ledge economy. Thereby, its vital for us, academic researches and teachers, to spread ont what’s new into management sector.
