Abstract:
Conducting democratic and efficient economic policies is a fundamental requirement of the EU member states solidarity cohesiveness. The accomplishment of this requirement presupposes the reformation of the EU economic institutions according to current stage on integration. Economic and monetary union, EMU, require overcoming the difficulties related to the co-ordination economic policies in Euro area. This implies new clarifications related to the budgetary consequences of a single monetary policy, harmonization of a European centralized monetary policy with the national budgetary policies etc.
