Abstract:
Romania’s foreign trade policy has a dynamic character corresponding with national and international realities which are always in conversion. The economic-political phenomena within are imbied, imposing the adoption of suitable solutions in connection with the integration processes of the states in regional commonwealth or with the globalization process and also with the increasing role of transnational companies in international trade. The paper presents the important role of our country foreign trade policy and the implications which will have the adoption of the EU customs policy considering our commercial exchanges. Also, there are exposed some measures of harmonization of Romania’s customs policy with EU customs policy.
