Abstract:
This paper presents the evolution of the insurance brokerage business through the insurance brokerage companies in our country over the past five years. The difficult economic situation in the economy in recent years has also influenced the insurance brokerage market in Romania in two distinct directions. First, brokers have incurred losses due to lower lease and loan activity; then their role increased due to the interests of customers and policyholders to obtain efficient, economical and cost-effective insurance offers from insurance brokers.
