Abstract:
The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of fiscal and budgetary policies in the economy starting from the legitimate question regarding the identification of the adequate instruments to address the economic downturn in a fragile fiscal environment. Starting from this, the paper examines the choices between different intervention instruments in the economy to improve the economic conditions in the context of the indicated disturbing factors.
