Abstract:
This paper represents an overview of the Romanian MBA market, with its main players, along with the profiles of MBA students and professors; it presents the MBA culture in Romania, and its impact over the business and academic environment. The history of the MBA programs in Romania is also briefly presented, along with a classification of these programs by various criteria. The paper concludes with an analysis of the opportunities and threats for the Romanian MBA programs in the European Union.
