Abstract:
European approaches to Quality Management are structured in a choerent assembly which comprises competitivity improvement actions mainly directed by European Commission. Quality, as a concept, is included and widely analysed in Commission’s White Book in chapter Growth, competitivity, new places of employment, which presents quality’s role in promoting high added value activities and proposes to allocate the requisite financial resources for enlarging the interest in quality domain at European Union’s level.
