Abstract:
The present paper creates a tender model specific to FDI. We consider to be necessary to have such a tender since the effects of foreign investments in the national economy are multiple from an economic and social point of view so that it becomes necessary to emphasize a balance of the positive and negative effects. On the other hand, we also suggest two new indicators, the multiplier of foreign direct investments and the accelerator of foreign direct investments that show the way in which this type of investment spreads in the national economy.
