Abstract:
Labor market is the main model of demand and supply, between employer and employee. This partnership decide division gain-wages, ratio of accumulation (the main function in any society) and household consumption, ratio between economic efficiency and social equity, earned income of both partners, from the perspective of present and future generations, rhythm and quality of economic development, economic progress and democratic character of capitalist society, cohesion and social peace, essential for economic and social progress.
